Maimoon Gardens

Maimoon Gardens is a two-tower residential complex under construction in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, developed by Fakhruddin Properties. The project is planned for handover in Q2 2027, and construction has reached 78 per cent. It will hold 709 units across 39 floors, with freehold ownership.

Apartments and Sizes

By design the project includes studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, plus commercial units. One bedroom homes start at 37.16 m² and run to 75.48 m², priced from 870,000 AED. Two bedroom apartments start at 88.91 m² and are priced from 1,490,000 AED, while commercial units range from 148.98 m² to 257.8 m² and start at 4,490,000 AED.

Price and Payment Plan

Homes are priced from 770,000 AED, at 20,721 AED per m². The payment plan divides the price 20 per cent on booking and 80 per cent on handover. The service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year.

Air, Water and Smart Systems

The building will have air purification technology developed for NASA, with continuous monitoring and control of indoor air quality, alongside an energy efficient cooling system. A central reverse osmosis system will clean drinking water to potable quality and reduce the use of plastic bottles. Home automation with artificial intelligence is planned, together with separate collection of dry and wet waste for composting and recycling, and EV charging stations.

Water and Leisure Areas

The open podium will hold a swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a Lazy River, a Cascading Waterfall, a sauna and a steam room. A Mist Lounge is planned, and the podium also includes a barbecue area, a children's playground and a games room.

Sport and Wellness

For racket sports the project plans a tennis court, a padel tennis court, a squash court and a badminton court, plus table tennis tables. A Health Club, an outdoor Calisthenics Park and a yoga studio with a garden for yoga and meditation are also planned. A landscaped garden completes the list.

Green Spaces and Gardens

An organic Green House for growing vegetables and herbs is planned, along with a Wellness Lounge and a Personalised Herb Garden. A Zen Garden and a separate garden for yoga and meditation are also part of the design. Vertical Green Wall planting is planned on apartment balconies from studios up to three bedroom layouts.
