Parkside BLVD

Parkside BLVD is a residential project under construction in Al Barsha, Dubai, built by Tabeer. The single nine-floor building will hold 171 units and is scheduled for handover in Q4 2027, with construction reported at 52% progress.

Apartments and Sizes

The building includes studios starting at 42.17 m², one-bedroom apartments from 107.86 m² to 123.1 m², and two-bedroom apartments from 156.26 m² to 156.9 m². One-bedroom homes start from 1,408,000 AED and two-bedroom homes from 1,876,500 AED. The project also includes commercial units ranging from 221.66 m² to 815.13 m². Selected two-bedroom apartments will have a private pool by design. All homes are freehold, and the service charge is 150.69 AED per m² a year.

Layout and Construction

The building is divided into a podium level and residential floors from the second to the ninth. Buyers can compare an individual apartment plan with the plan of its floor to judge the exact position of a home. Ceilings and walls will measure 3 metres. Panoramic windows will have double glazing, and the building will have glass lifts that let passengers look outside during the ride. A smart home system with a touch panel and a mobile app will be part of the specification. European kitchen appliances, European sanitary ware and wooden modular wardrobes are included in the apartments; the developer may replace materials with equivalent ones, and only the contract has force.

Pools and Shared Spaces

Cascading pools will sit alongside landscaped greenery. A Beach Pool will be provided for time by the water, and a spacious swimming pool with a city skyline view will be built on the Sky Deck, together with a Rooftop Pool Lounge. A fitness studio on the Sky Deck will face the skyline, and a sauna and spa will complete the wellness areas. The podium will include a meditation area. Outdoors there will be an open-air cinema and a family barbecue zone, and an indoor children's play area is planned. Pets are permitted.

Getting Around

Miracle Garden is 3 minutes away and Butterfly Garden 4 minutes. Schools and hospitals are a 2-minute drive from the building. The exit to MBZ Road takes 3 minutes and to Al Khail Road 5 minutes. Dubai Hills and Dubai Hills Mall are 5 minutes away, Al Barsha and Mall of the Emirates 10 minutes. A bus stop, Arjan, Damac Westside Buildings 1, is nearby, and Circle Mall adds to the shopping options.

Payment Plan

Payment is split into 30% on booking, 30% during construction and 40% on handover. After booking, further payments of 10% fall due one, two and five months later, and the remaining 40% is paid on handover.
