The building and its design

The single building rises from a ground floor through typical floors one to six. Its silhouette will be made of smooth curves, with curved lines running floor by floor. Balconies are designed to catch the morning light, and from them the gardens and, beyond, the towers of Dubai will be visible.

Amenities include a swimming pool, a gym and a landscaped garden. The shared facilities will be gathered on a first floor deck. The garden will have hammocks and a yoga area, and there will be an outdoor cinema and a barbecue zone. A trampoline park and a children's pool are also planned.

Al Sufouh beach, Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai are 10 to 20 minutes away, and Dubai International Airport is 20 to 30 minutes away.
