Riverside Views - Capri 2

Riverside Views - Capri 2 is a new-build project by Damac in Dubai Investment Park Second. It is part of the wider Riverside Views district, one of its eight parts alongside Teal, Azure, Marine, Indigo, Royal, Sky and Pacific. Handover is planned for Q1 2029, with construction reported at 8%.

Five Towers of Ten Floors

Capri 2 consists of Tower A, Tower B, Tower C, Tower D and Tower E, and each tower will rise ten floors. Across the five buildings the project will hold 722 apartments. Ownership is freehold. The service charge is set at 150.69 AED per m² a year.

Apartments from 83.36 m²

The project sells one and two bedroom apartments. One bedroom units range from 83.36 m² to 96.76 m² and start from 1,383,000 AED. Two bedroom units range from 126.81 m² to 138.42 m² and start from 2,074,000 AED. The average price per m² is 14,983 AED.

Payment Plan

The payment plan is 60/40: 60% is paid before handover and 40% on receiving the keys. Bookings are taken at 5% plus a separate 4% DLD government fee, with a further 10% due after 30 days. The remainder of the pre-handover share is paid in instalments as construction proceeds.

Amenities Inside the Complex

Within Capri 2 there will be a children's playground, a play room, a gym, a spa, a landscaped garden, an events hall, a cinema room, a prayer room, a clubhouse and a coworking space.

The Riverside Views District

Capri 2 sits in a district organised around two veins: the Water Vein and the Green Vein. By design, the Water Vein will hold restaurants, a floating opera stage and chess on the water. The Green Vein is planned around a hydroponic farm, an open-air barbecue with chefs, a climbing wall with a jump into the water, and Adventure Land for children. Damac Mall is 9 minutes away, the metro station is 15 minutes away and Expo 2020 is 16 minutes away.
