Riverside Views - Azure 2

Riverside Views - Azure 2 is a new-build residential project by Damac in Dubai Investment Park Second, Dubai. The project is under construction and handover is scheduled for Q1 2029. It is made up of five eight-storey buildings with 720 apartments in total.

Apartments and Layouts

Azure 2 contains 224 studios and 496 one-bedroom apartments. These are the only two unit types in the project. Every one of the five buildings includes both types. Building A has 40 studios and 132 one-bedroom apartments, 172 in total. Building B has 48 studios and 77 one-bedroom apartments, 125 in total. Building C has 56 studios and 100 one-bedroom apartments, 156 in total. Building D has 48 studios and 47 one-bedroom apartments, 95 in total. Building E has 32 studios and 140 one-bedroom apartments, 172 in total. One-bedroom apartments range from 91.02 m² to 96.55 m². Prices start from 1,407,000 AED, and the price per m² is 15,240 AED. All apartments are sold as freehold.

Amenities in the Buildings

The amenity list for Azure 2 includes a children's playground, a playroom, a gym, a spa, a landscaped garden, an events hall, a cinema, a prayer room, a clubhouse and a coworking space.

The Riverside Views District

Azure 2 sits within DAMAC Riverside Views, a gated district in Dubai Investment Park. The district is divided into eight clusters: Teal, Azure, Marine, Indigo, Royal, Capri, Sky and Pacific. It is organised around two axes. Water Vein is a river with restaurants, fitness and stages on the water. Green Vein comprises a farm, cooking classes, sports stations, a spa and play areas. By design, the district will include a floating cinema, a floating opera stage for musicals and operas, and Opal Chess Haven, a chess stage on the water. The hydroponic farm is planned to supply fresh organic greens daily. The district will also have a zen spa, essential oil lakes, peace rooms, an amphitheatre, a clubhouse with a bowling alley, and an outdoor Games Zone with lawn games, archery and badminton.

Location and Access

The project stands in Dubai Investment Park, with access to key roads and major highways. Al Maktoum International Airport is nearby. Expo 2020, Damac Mall, Global Village, Trump International Golf Club and Dubai Outlet Mall are a short drive away.

Price, Payment and Handover

Prices start from 1,407,000 AED. Construction progress stands at 6%. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover. Buyers' funds go to an escrow account held at Mashreq Bank. The service charge is 193.75 AED per m² a year.
