Riverside Views - Marine 2

Riverside Views - Marine 2 is a residential project in Dubai Investment Park Second, Dubai, built by Damac. It is under construction, with handover planned for Q2 2028. The development will have 358 apartments across two towers, each 14 floors, and units are sold as freehold.

Apartments and Sizes

Marine 2 will offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The 1 bedroom units range from 82.92 m² to 97.29 m² and start from 1,354,000 AED. The 2 bedroom units range from 111.39 m² to 137.85 m² and start from 1,908,000 AED. Price per m² is 15,140 AED.

The Two Buildings

The project consists of Building A and Building B, each with 14 floors. By design, the buildings will emphasize the natural flow of the water, with modern lines and elegant facades. Apartments will have large windows, and the view from each unit will vary by building and floor.

Amenities Within the Project

Residents will have access to a children's playground, a playroom, a gym, a spa, a landscaped garden, an events hall, a cinema room, a prayer room, a club house and a coworking space. The wider Riverside Views quarter is planned around a water vein and a green vein, with a floating cinema, an amphitheatre and a kids' adventure land.

Payment Plan and Ownership

The payment plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover. Service charge is 193.75 AED per m² a year. The project escrow account is held at First Abu Dhabi Bank.

Construction Status

Construction progress is at 12%. The planned handover is Q2 2028.
