Riverside Views - Royal 2 is a residential project by Damac in Dubai Investment Park Second, Dubai. It is under construction, with handover planned for Q1 2029. The project is freehold and comprises 339 units across a 14 floor building.

Two Buildings, Building A and Building B

One bedroom apartments range from 83.42 m² to 97.47 m² and start from 1,348,000 AED. Two bedroom apartments range from 102.02 m² to 132.12 m² and start from 1,863,000 AED. The price per m² is 15,730 AED.

Payment Plan

The payment plan is structured as 15% on booking, 45% during construction and 40% on handover. A second structure lists 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover, and a third repeats 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover. Buyer funds go to an escrow account held at Mashreq Bank.

Amenities in the Building

The building will include a playroom, a gym, a spa, a landscaped garden, an events hall, a cinema, a prayer room, a clubhouse, a coworking space and a children's play area. The service charge is 193.75 AED per m² a year.

The Riverside Views District

Riverside Views is divided into eight clusters: Teal, Azure, Marine, Indigo, Royal, Capri, Sky and Pacific. Two veins run between them, a water vein and a green vein. The water vein will hold restaurants by the water, fitness, chess on the water, a floating opera and a clubhouse with shops. The green vein is given to a farm and kitchen, sport, spa, cinema, an amphitheatre and games. For children, Adventure Land sits at the centre of the district, while adults have an outdoor Games Zone with lawn games, archery and badminton. A hydroponic farm will supply fresh organic greens daily, and open air cooking classes will use produce from the farm. The water vein also includes the Portofino restaurant and the Island Restaurant, fitness by the water and Opal Chess Haven, a floating chess stage. A floating cinema will stand in the green vein, and the floating opera will host musicals and operas. Zen Spa will provide massages, holistic treatments and meditation, and lakes of essential oils will be private pools with warm salted water scented with oils. Peace Rooms will be quiet rooms for rest. The clubhouse and retail section will include coworking, a gym, an open air cinema, arcade games and bowling. Barbecue and live cooking stations will be available for celebrations, with private chefs demonstrating at a separate kitchen station. Calisthenics stations with suspension training systems will be placed across the district, alongside an organic bar with natural nutritious drinks and food. The climbing wall ends each ascent with a jump into cool water below.

Damac Mall is 9 minutes away, the metro station 15 minutes and Expo 2020 16 minutes. Mall of the Emirates is also nearby.
