Riviera 66

Riviera 66 is an eight floor residential and commercial building under construction in Meydan, Dubai. Azizi is the developer. Construction is 91 per cent complete and handover is scheduled for Q2 2027.

Apartments and prices

The building holds 123 apartments. Studios start at 47.01 m² and 1,275,000 AED. One bedroom homes run from 71.07 m² to 93.18 m², priced from 1,958,000 AED. Two bedroom apartments start at 111.02 m² and 3,006,000 AED, and three bedroom apartments from 153.1 m² and 4,046,000 AED. The quoted price per m² is 17,242 AED, ownership is freehold and the service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year.

Layouts and finishes

Open plans lead to the balcony through floor to ceiling windows that can open fully. Residences facing the water will have their own terraces. Master bedrooms are designed to take morning light through tall glazing. Floors combine Italian Calacatta marble with wood joinery, and lighting is individually designed. Kitchens will have quartz worktops and a built in pantry, with natural wood details and pendant lights. The master bedroom pairs a velvet headboard with a chandelier and gold coloured fittings. Bathrooms will be finished in Calacatta marble with porcelain tile floors, double freestanding sinks, LED lit mirrors and wall mounted cabinets. The developer may substitute materials for equivalent ones, and only the contract has force.

The wider quarter

Riviera 66 will be part of a quarter of 75 buildings that mixes homes, commercial units and places to rest. A five star hotel and a business centre will complete the residential part. A pedestrian boulevard in the French style will bring together boutiques, restaurants and open cafes, and shops inside the quarter will cover daily purchases. Three phases of the quarter are already sold out, so the position, plan and room mix of a particular lot should be checked.

Pool, roof terrace and sport

A semi Olympic infinity pool will be provided for swimming. A wooden deck beside it is intended for time in the sun, and pavilions and background music will be part of the pool area. The roof terrace will look to the Dubai panorama, with barbecue grills, sun loungers and seating. Sports matches, major events and films will be shown in the open air. A gym and fitness studio will be for residents, with full height glazing facing a waterfall and the space outside. The gym will have cardio machines, spin bikes and treadmills, and a separate room is set aside for restorative yoga. A club house will provide indoor space to rest, and an indoor home cinema can be rented. Children's play areas are planned inside the buildings and outdoors. The building will include a restaurant and parking.

Payment plan

The standard plan is 20 per cent on booking with 80 per cent on handover. A limited time offer sets 10 per cent on booking and 90 per cent on handover. On both plans most of the price falls due at the keys.
