About the project
Riviera 50 is a 15-storey building under construction in Azizi Riviera, a lagoon-side district in Meydan, MBR City, Dubai. Azizi Developments builds it, and handover is planned for Q1 2027. Construction has passed the halfway mark, with the building reported at 61% complete.
The building and its homes
Riviera 50 holds 234 units across 15 floors. Studios run from 41.62 m² to 42.74 m² and start at 1,390,000 AED. One-bedroom apartments measure 72.56 m² to 99.69 m² and start at 2,327,000 AED. Four-bedroom units begin at 198.81 m² and 12,245,000 AED, and commercial units range from 113.71 m² to 302.12 m² from 8,011,000 AED. Apartments will have open plans with floor-to-ceiling glazing onto the balcony, and the balcony doors will open fully. The owner's bedroom will also have floor-to-ceiling glass.
Finishes by design
Corridors will be laid in calacatta marble, with 2.3 metre doors in wood veneer and feature wall lights. Inside the apartments, the plan specifies Italian marble flooring, wood joinery and built-in lighting. Kitchens will have quartz worktops, hanging lights, natural wood details and a built-in pantry. Bathrooms are planned with two free-standing basins, built-in mirrors and LED lighting, calacatta-style walls and porcelain floors. Bedrooms will come with custom curtains, soft headboards, chandeliers and gold-coloured details. The developer may substitute materials of equal value; only the contract governs.
Amenities in the building and the district
Riviera 50 will have its own landscaped garden and children's play area. Within Azizi Riviera there will be a beach, a crystal lagoon with white sand beaches, a beach promenade and a boulevard with boutiques, cafes and restaurants. The district is planned with infinity pools and a gym, plus covered and open children's play areas. Azizi Riviera will also include a five-star hotel, a business centre and a large retail area.
Ownership and payment
Units are freehold. Two payment plans are stated: 20% on booking and 80% on handover, or a limited-time offer of 10% on booking and 90% on handover. The project's escrow account is held at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.
