Riviera Reve

Riviera Reve is a new-build residential project by Azizi in Meydan, Dubai. It is under construction with handover scheduled for Q4 2026. Apartments are sold as freehold.

Towers and Layout

The development consists of three towers of 24, 20 and 26 floors, set beside a lagoon with beaches in Azizi Riviera, Meydan. Each tower has its own entrance and its own drop-off area at the door, and a pedestrian path will run from the towers to the shops and the water. The tallest tower has 26 floors, and the whole project holds 441 units. Vertical gardens will rise up the facades, planted to support cleaner air around the building, and solar panels will be installed on the towers. The architecture takes its cue from the movement of water in the lagoon.

Apartments and Prices

Homes range from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Studios start at 42 m² and from 1,550,000 AED. One-bedroom units measure 76.65 m² to 114.46 m² and start from 2,620,000 AED. Two-bedroom apartments run from 113.16 m² to 141.4 m² and start from 4,100,000 AED. Three-bedroom units measure 355.73 m² to 433.02 m² and start from 15,611,000 AED. Commercial units from 148.74 m² to 311.5 m² are also for sale, from 9,530,000 AED. Floor-to-ceiling windows open fully onto the balcony, and in a typical one-bedroom apartment of 793.19 sq ft the living room measures 3.65 by 4.60 m and the balcony is 8.15 m long. The price per m² is 30,085 AED.

Amenities

Residents will have a cinema room, a landscaped garden, a swimming pool, parking, a restaurant, retail space, a gym and a children's playground. The infinity pool is half an Olympic size and faces the lagoon, with a wooden deck and cabanas around it. A roof terrace will have grills, sun loungers and space for large gatherings. The gym and fitness studio are for residents, with a separate yoga room, and a residents-only lounge will provide meeting areas, fast internet and equipment for business work. Covered playrooms with toys, activity tables and a children's library are planned, along with an outdoor play area.

Interiors

Apartment interiors will include Italian marble floors, wood joinery, custom built-in lighting and full home automation, with a smart security system at the entrance. Kitchens will have quartz stone worktops, a stand-alone island, a built-in pantry and natural wood, with Siemens appliances built in, including an electric hob, and a Faber extractor hood above the island. Bathrooms will have double sinks, built-in mirrors, LED lighting and suspended cabinets, with Calacatta marble walls. The master bedroom will be wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass.

Payment and Ownership

The payment plan is 20% on booking and 80% on handover. A second option is 10% on booking and 90% on handover. The service charge is 172.22 AED per m² a year. The project escrow account is held at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.
