Rove Home – Meydan Horizon

Rove Home Meydan Horizon is a residential project under construction in Meydan, Dubai, developed by ALAIN. The building is planned to be ready in Q1 2029. Apartments are sold as freehold.

The building and its homes

The project will have 190 residences in a single 20-storey boutique tower under the Rove brand, with shared spaces for residents. Apartments are fully furnished, and balconies are included in the layouts. All homes in the current offer are one bedroom units, from 54.43 m² to 64.03 m², priced from 1,535,000 AED, at 24,582 AED per m².

Layouts

Layout type A has a total area of 617 sq ft, with a living room, a separate bedroom and a balcony. Its internal space is 502 sq ft and the balcony adds 115 sq ft, with the living room measuring 3.75 by 3.05 m and the bedroom 3.25 by 3.70 m. Type H includes a wardrobe area: 489 sq ft inside and 200 sq ft of balconies within 689 sq ft in total. Type L has a kitchen with dining area of 3.40 by 2.65 m, a living room of 3.70 by 3.95 m, a laundry of 0.65 by 1.25 m and a balcony of 4.85 by 2.50 m. Other measured rooms include a bedroom of 3.30 by 3.75 m in type E, a living room of 3.45 by 3.35 m in type F, a balcony of 3.20 by 2.50 m in type J and a bathroom of 2.35 by 2.70 m in type K.

Amenities

The building will include a swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room, a gym, a jogging track and an outdoor sports area, plus a basketball court and table tennis. A putting green will serve golf practice, and a children's play area is planned. A coworking space with a terrace will be joined by work capsules and meeting rooms, with free Wi-Fi in the public areas. Residents will have a clubhouse with a residents' lounge, a multipurpose hall, a games room, an outdoor cinema and a restaurant. A concierge and reception desk are planned, along with a drop-off zone at the entrance.

Payment plan

10% is due on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover. The service charge is 258.33 AED per m² a year.

Ownership programme

Owners will have priority access to new launches of residential projects under the brand and to special programmes for owners. Rove Hotels was created as a joint venture of Emaar Properties PJSC and Dubai Holding, and residential residences are developed under the Rove Home brand. ALAIN has worked in the UAE since 1996.
