Vedaire Residences is a new residential building under construction in Meydan, Dubai, developed by Elton Real Estate Development. The building will have 5 floors and 46 apartments, with handover planned for Q1 2028. Homes are sold as freehold.

Apartments and sizes

The project includes 1 bedroom apartments from 58.9 m², priced from 1,520,000 AED. Two bedroom apartments range from 94.39 m² to 154.41 m², with prices starting at 2,550,000 AED. The price per m² is 22,991 AED. Every apartment will have its own terrace. A home automation system is among the building's amenities, and each apartment is planned with a study room.

Rooftop Beach Pool and outdoor amenities

A Rooftop Beach Pool will be arranged on the roof of the building. The amenity list also includes an open-air cinema, a barbecue area, a zen garden, a restaurant and a club house. A pet zone is planned within the building.

Sport and wellness

Residents will have access to a gym with modern training equipment and a separate yoga deck. A steam room and sauna are part of the wellness facilities. A children's playground with slides and swings is also planned.

Work and interiors

The building will include a business centre and a library lounge. The lobby is designed to set the tone of the house. Three commercial showrooms will form part of the building. The address is Nad Al Sheba 1, in the Meydan Avenue A quarter, on a corner plot opposite the gardens, which adjoin the plot from the side. The Meydan Racecourse, Meydan Hotel and Meydan Golf Course are in the neighbouring equestrian and sports district.

Payment terms

Apartments are sold freehold, with payments made through an escrow account held at The National Bank of Fujairah. Under the 30/70 plan, 30% of the price is paid before handover and 70% on receipt of the keys. The first 30% is split into three parts of 10%: on booking, 60 days after booking, and once more during construction. Dubai Land Department fees and the registration fee are added to the price. The service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year.
