Woodland Crest is a five-storey residential building under construction in Meydan, Dubai, developed by AMIS Properties. Handover is scheduled for Q2 2027, and construction is 1% complete. The project holds 52 units and is freehold.

Apartments and layouts The building contains 1 bedroom apartments from 64.38 m² to 95.5 m², priced from 1,601,829 AED, and 2 bedroom apartments from 94.95 m² to 141.31 m², priced from 2,301,221 AED. Commercial units start at 103.49 m² and 3,801,021 AED. Kitchens will come with built-in appliances, and climate control in each apartment will run on a VRV/VRF system.

Rooftop and shared amenities By design, the roof will hold an infinity pool, a barbecue area and seating. Residents will share a gym, steam room, sauna and yoga studio. A landscaped garden is planned for jogging and walks, and a pool forms part of the amenity list.
