Royal Yacht Club Residence

Royal Yacht Club Residence is a freehold residential project under construction in Dubai Islands, Dubai. Azimuth Development is building it as its flagship coastal project. Handover is scheduled for Q4 2027, and 25% of construction is complete.

The Two Buildings

The complex consists of two buildings, each 14 floors high. Building 1 will hold 73 apartments and Building 2 will hold 80, for 153 units in total. Apartments will have open layouts with light living rooms.

Apartments and Layouts

Apartments range from 1 bedroom units of 69.16 m², priced from 2,300,000 AED, to 2 bedroom units of 107.04 m², priced from 3,200,000 AED. The price per m² is 23,864 AED. Family layouts include a separate room for a helper. Three bedroom residences come in Type 1A, Type 1B, Type 1C and Type 1D, and a further group includes Type 3A and Type 3D. Four bedrooms are covered by Type 4, and the 4 Bedroom Duplex Type 1 spans a Lower and an Upper level, with four bedrooms and a helper's room. Modern kitchens form part of the living spaces.

Waterfront and Pools

A landscaped promenade with a Promenade Marina berth is planned as part of the project. An infinity pool will be complemented by a Pool Deck sunbathing area, and a Family Pool is designed for time with relatives. Terraces and a recreation area will round out the swimming and outdoor spaces. By design, every apartment will have panoramic water views.

Sports and Wellness

A fully equipped fitness centre and a sports ground are planned. The Indoor Yoga studio will host indoor practice, while the Yoga Garden and Terraces are set aside for outdoor sessions.

Shared Spaces and Terms

A multi-purpose community lounge is planned for meetings with friends and family, alongside children's play areas. The lobby will form part of the common areas, and round-the-clock security and maintenance services will operate in the building. Quiet corners will complement the shared spaces. The service charge is 247.57 AED per m² a year. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover.

The District

Dubai Islands comprises five new islands. The master plan includes beaches and yacht marinas, and the resort side of the district is to be shaped by 86 hotels and two golf courses. A large shopping mall and parks with restaurants and shops are planned for the archipelago.
