Serene Gardens II

Serene Gardens II is a residential project under construction in Discovery Gardens, Dubai, developed by Prescott Development. The building is planned for handover in Q4 2026, and construction is 70% complete. It is a freehold project with 286 units across 10 floors.

Apartments and Layouts The building will contain studios and apartments with one, two and three bedrooms. Studio floor areas start at 37 m². Each apartment, from studio to three bedrooms, will be connected to a smart home system. All units will be delivered fully furnished and equipped with appliances. Payment Plan and Ownership Apartments are sold as freehold. Prices start from 1,570,000 AED, at 17,226 AED per m². The payment plan is 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover. The construction-stage payments are split into five instalments at four-month intervals: the first three at a tenth of the price each, the next two at a twentieth each. Buyer funds go to an escrow account held at United Bank Limited. The project is registered with the Dubai Land Department under number 2872.

What to Know Before Buying The building is still under construction, so a unit can be lived in or let only after handover. The house will have many neighbours, and it is not suited to those seeking a quiet courtyard shared by a few families. Buyers who want to furnish their home to their own taste will receive furniture that they will have to replace.
