The Autograph S Series

The Autograph S Series is a residential tower under construction in District 15 of Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai. Green Group is building it, and handover is planned for Q4 2027. Construction has reached 19%.

The Building and Its Apartments

The tower follows a G+5P+35+R formula: a ground floor, five podium levels, 35 floors and a roof. It will hold 252 units, and every apartment comes with one place in the covered parking, the same rule for a suite and for a Sky Villa. The range runs from Designer Suite to two-bedroom Sky Villa. Designer Suite measure 463 to 522 sq ft on floors 1 to 13. One-bedroom penthouses are arranged over two levels at 836 to 854 sq ft on floors 16 to 28, while two-bedroom penthouses are single-level at 1073 to 1218 sq ft and appear only on floors 12, 13 and 14. Two-bedroom Sky Villa span 1824 to 2068 sq ft across two levels on floors 18 to 34. Apartments are sold as freehold, with prices from 3,250,850 AED, and the two-bedroom units in the catalogue range from 184.02 m² to 191.48 m².

Private Pools

A private pool is assigned to some apartments, starting with a suite of 656 sq ft. The Designer Suite with Private Pool measures 656 to 820 sq ft on floors 1 to 13. The One Bed Terrace Home is a single-level one-bedroom with a pool at 1034 to 1266 sq ft, available only on floors 1, 5 and 11. The One Bed Town House on the ground floor measures 1550 sq ft and also has a personal pool. In selected apartments the pool is built as an infinity pool, with water flowing over the edge.

Smart Systems and Interiors

A Nest thermostat with artificial intelligence will be fitted in every room and controlled from a phone. Heating, ventilation and cooling will also run on artificial intelligence. A smart lock opens the entrance door, with a smart doorbell beside it, and the home will have a smart intercom and a security system. Sockets are made for the Type C plug. Every bathroom gets a smart mirror with Bluetooth phone connection and an anti-fog extractor. Bedroom floors are laid in Swiss wood. Kitchen counters and the island are antibacterial granite in matte black, with an undermounted sink and matte black tap and soap dispenser. A fridge and microwave are built in, alongside a gas hob and hood; an oven and dishwasher are fitted everywhere except the Designer Suite.

Amenities

The complex will have several shared pools with regulated water temperature and a separate children's pool. The courtyard is designed as a resort-style space with green areas. The gym runs a health management programme. The coffee lounge orders through an app: a Top Brewer machine from Scanomat prepares the coffee from ethically sourced beans, free for residents. Pets are allowed. In selected apartments the infinity pool is one of the features.

Payment and Handover

By design, buyers pay 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover. A 60/40 plan is also available, with 60% on booking and 40% on handover. Buyer funds go to the project escrow account at Mashreq Bank. Dubai Land Department registration and administration fees are added to the price. The service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year.
