The Yards Plaza

The Yards Plaza is a new-build commercial project by Beyond in City of Arabia, Dubai. The building is under construction and handover is scheduled for Q4 2029. It will have 10 floors and 128 units, with prices from 2,850,000 AED, at 23,599 AED per m².

Ownership and Payment Plan

The Yards Plaza is freehold. The payment plan is split into three stages: 20% on booking, 20% during construction and 60% on handover.

The Wider Master Plan

The Yards Plaza sits within the master plan for The Yards, which combines living, work and leisure. That plan provides for 1560 residential units, the future customer base for the venues in the complex. The whole territory covers about 2 300 000 square feet, and around seventy percent of it is given to landscaped open spaces. Green zones are part of the brand's approach across all its projects.

Commercial Space and Location Within the Building

The commercial part will contain retail and restaurant space. For a buyer, both the unit itself and its position in the building matter: the address for a business begins with a specific lot. The position of the unit on the building plan and the route to its entrance through the quarter are part of that choice. The developer may replace materials with equivalent ones; only the contract has force.

Access and Surroundings

The project has direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). Around City of Arabia are Mall of Arabia and the Restless Planet park with dinosaurs, and nearby are Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure. Dubai Outlet Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Fountain, Dubai Frame, Jumeirah Mosque, Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah are also named in the surroundings of the complex.
