Urban Park Residences is a residential project under construction in Dubai Sports City, developed by Urban Venture. The building is scheduled for handover in Q4 2026, and construction is 68% complete. Apartments are available for freehold purchase, with prices starting from 740,892 AED.

Apartments and Sizes

The building holds 187 apartments across 15 floors: 56 studios, 73 one-bedroom units and 58 two-bedroom units. Studios range from 38.83 m² to 40.51 m² and start at 740,892 AED. One-bedroom apartments measure 68.1 m² to 70.05 m² and start at 1,245,000 AED, while two-bedroom units range from 108.6 m² to 108.79 m² and start at 1,620,000 AED. The price per m² is 14,917 AED.

Layout and Specifications

Apartments will be handed over fully furnished and finished. Large windows will open onto spacious balconies, and glazing in the living room will reach 3.1 m. Open-plan layouts will keep a shared living space where the kitchen and living room connect.
