Vibe

Vibe is a new residential project under construction in Jumeirah Gardens, Dubai, developed by Arsenal East. Handover is planned for Q3 2028, and construction is currently 1% complete. The building is freehold.

Apartments and sizes

The complex has 209 units across 8 floors. Studios range from 36.08 m² to 38.25 m² and start at 1,007,694 AED. One bedroom apartments range from 56.82 m² to 75.34 m² and start at 1,533,405 AED. Apartments span 31.80 to 76.64 m². The plan includes balconies, giving residents access to outdoor space from their living area.

Payment plan

The payment plan is structured as 20% on booking, 20% during construction and 60% on handover. For one bedroom apartments, payment is staged, with the majority of the cost due at handover. The project has a separate escrow account.

Amenities and common areas

The building includes a lobby, a gym of 172.4 m², a coworking space, a landscaped garden, a swimming pool and a yoga studio. A terrace pool measures 295.6 m², and an indoor pool complements the outdoor space. A healthy food restaurant and a shared Living Room are part of the common areas. A terrace garden and a meditation place are also planned, along with children's play areas and a green walking path for short walks.

Interiors and design

Interiors are by DA BUREAU, whose awards include the DNA Paris Design Award and the London Design Award. Co-founder and chief architect Boris Lvovsky took part in the work on the project. Light, materials and textures support a sense of naturalness. Paolo Sorrentino's films were one of the sources of inspiration for the look of the complex. The developer may replace materials with equivalent ones; only the contract has force.

The buildings

The complex consists of buildings A and B, each with eight floors. Building A is marked in plans with the letter A, and building B with the letter B. Individual layouts include studio B213 at 34.59 m², studio B210 at 36.08 m² with a separate hallway and bathroom and a balcony, studios A204 at 37.02 m² and A205 at 38.08 m², and one bedroom apartments A203 at 56.82 m², A215 at 74.88 m² with a laundry and wardrobe, B201 at 70.30 m² with a separate toilet, B203 at 62.13 m² with laundry and wardrobe areas, A207 at 67.81 m², B207 at 71.40 m², A212 at 69.75 m² and B208 at 68.13 m².
