Views V

Views V is an under construction residential project in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, being built by Golden Woods. The building is planned for handover in Q4 2026, and construction has reached 89%. Homes are available on a freehold basis.

The building and what is planned

Views V is planned as a single residential tower of 18 floors with 161 units by design. The developer, Golden Woods Real Estate Development, is building a multi storey residential building, and the plans include duplexes among the residential formats. The service charge is set at 150.69 AED per m² a year.

Apartments and layouts

One bedroom apartments range from 59.99 m² to 65.58 m² and start at 1,162,314 AED. Two bedroom apartments range from 85.37 m² to 117.35 m² and start at 1,654,056 AED, with the price per m² at 19,375 AED. Apartments are also planned with three bedrooms. At present 6 two bedroom apartments are available, all in Building 1.

Smart features included

Every apartment will come with a smart handle on the entrance door, and all switches in the apartment will be smart. Kitchen cabinets and a wardrobe with lighting are part of the apartment specification. Curtains will have a smart system, and the air conditioner will have a smart thermostat.

Payment plan

One payment plan starts with 20% on booking, with 30% during construction and 50% after handover. A second plan is structured as 20% on booking and 80% on handover. One of these plans allows half of the price to be paid after the apartment is handed over.

Amenities

The project includes a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a gym. A landscaped garden and a children's playground are part of the plans, along with a barbecue area and a walking path.
