Alta V1ew

Alta V1ew is a 48-floor residential tower under construction in District 10, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. Object One is the developer, and handover is scheduled for Q2 2029. Construction has reached 6%.

Apartments and sizes The building holds 518 freehold units. One bedroom apartments start at 66.85 m² and go up to 105.5 m², priced from 1,193,681 AED. Two bedroom apartments start at 197.11 m², priced from 3,063,677 AED. Apartments will come with partial furnishing, and some units will have semi-open kitchens. The building follows a B+G+5P+2MF+46+R layout. Retail space will occupy Ground to P1 Duplex, with parking for retail on the underground level. Homes will sit on levels 2 to 31 and 32 to 46, and the first level will combine residences with amenities. The developer may substitute materials with equivalent ones, and only the contract has force.

Payment plan Two payment schedules are available. Under the first, 20% is due on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover. Under the second, 20% is due on booking, 30% during construction, 25% on handover and 25% after handover. The service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year.

Podium water and gardens The podium will hold a lagoon pool and a water slide. Sand Oasis and Aqua Oasis will supplement the main swimming space, and Floating Cabanas will provide covered spots on the water. A Poolside Sunken Lounge will sit beside the pool, and open-air showers are planned. Lush Gardens and a Gazebo will provide green space for rest, and a sun lounger deck will let residents stay by the water after a swim. A children's pool will also be located on the podium.

Sky Infinity Terrace Sky Infinity Terrace will occupy a technical floor on level 33, as a separate leisure space within the tower's upper section. Sky Infinity Pool will be paired with a Sky Pool Deck fitted with sun loungers, and a Sky Leisure Deck will sit nearby for time outdoors without swimming.

Sport, meetings and children A tennis court, an Outdoor CrossFit area, a table tennis setup, a Gym and a BBQ Area will form the shared sport and social spaces. An Outdoor Lounge and private lounges will provide places to meet guests outside the apartment, and a Clubhouse will offer shared space for gatherings. For children, there will be a Kids Play Room indoors and an Outdoor Kids Play Area.

The district and the road The surrounding neighbourhood of JVC contains apartments, townhouses and villas, green walkways and parks. District shops, supermarkets, cafes and clinics sit within the area, alongside sports fields. Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road are reachable from the district, with trips toward Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina. City Centre Meaisem is 11 minutes away, Circle Mall 15 minutes and Dubai Hills Mall 17 minutes. Sunmarke School is 2 minutes away and Arcadia School 5 minutes.
