Vista by Vision

Vista by Vision is a new residential building under construction in Dubai Production City, developed by Vision Developments. The project is scheduled for handover in Q2 2027, and construction is 12% complete. Apartments are sold as freehold.

Apartments and layouts

The building will contain 321 apartments: 112 studios, 139 one-bedroom units and 70 two-bedroom units. One-bedroom apartments range from 83.88 m² to 88.49 m² and start from 1,301,000 AED, while two-bedroom apartments start from 158.87 m² and 1,868,000 AED. Ceilings will reach 3.2 metres, and floor-to-ceiling windows will bring natural light into living spaces. Plans include a studio Unit 03 of 465.75 sq ft on the first floor, with 343.80 sq ft inside and 121.96 sq ft outside, and a two-bedroom Unit 02 with 1220.74 sq ft in total: 952.93 sq ft internal and 267.81 sq ft external. Areas shown on plans are approximate and actual dimensions may change.

Building and services

The residential section will occupy 14 floors, with the ground level given over to a reception desk, shops and parking spaces, and the roof reserved for shared amenities. An underground car park is planned. The lobby and corridors will be finished in tile, with custom-made furniture for shared areas, and a concierge service will operate in the building. Residents will reach the management company by a free phone number or a round-the-clock WhatsApp line, and also through a mobile app and a building portal. The app will let residents track the status of requests and arrange move-in and move-out, and a community wall is intended for talking with neighbours.

Amenities

Shared facilities will include an infinity pool and a separate children's pool, with a terrace for relaxation by the water. A gym will be fitted with modern equipment, and personal training sessions with a programme tailored to your goals can be arranged. A yoga area is planned, and the roof terrace will be laid out for panoramic views. A private cinema will have soft seats and modern audiovisual equipment, and an events hall will be available for gatherings. The building also includes a co-working space, a games room, a barbecue area and a children's playground.

Interiors and smart features

Interiors will combine soft grey tones, warm wood and marble, with the same palette carried from kitchen to living room and bathroom, and an accent wall in the bedroom. Kitchens will come with built-in appliances and handle-free facades. Bathrooms will have wall-hung vanities and showers with clear glass partitions. Walls will be sound-insulated, and lighting will be energy-saving, with pendant fixtures and concealed background illumination. Apartments will have smart door locks and smart thermostats, and sensors will continuously monitor indoor air quality. The developer may replace materials with equivalent ones; only the contract has force.

Payment and ownership

A 20% payment is due on booking, with the remaining 80% payable on handover, and apartments are sold as freehold. The service charge is 139.93 AED per m² a year.
