W Residences at Dubai Harbour

W Residences at Dubai Harbour is a freehold branded residence project under construction in Dubai Harbour, Dubai. ARADA is the developer and the W brand is used under licence from Marriott International. Handover is scheduled for Q1 2029, with construction 4% complete.

The towers and the podium

Three W Residences towers stand on a shared podium. The tallest rise to 42 floors and the complex holds 488 residences. The podium brings together the pool, spa, fitness centre and games room. Restaurants and cafes will operate at ground level, and the design places the promenade, harbour and sky in three horizontal lines, with diagonal facades that meet where water and sky converge.

Residences and layouts

Apartments range from 1 to 5 bedrooms, and penthouses on the roof will have their own pools. Duplexes sit in the central part of each tower. A 1 bedroom measures 95.04 m² to 145.39 m² and starts at 3,999,000 AED. 2 bedrooms run from 146.51 m² to 239.6 m², from 5,845,000 AED. 3 bedrooms span 241.73 m² to 329.16 m², from 12,620,000 AED. 4 bedrooms measure 314.29 m² to 503.07 m², from 15,107,000 AED, and 5 bedrooms range from 260.59 m² to 1095.79 m², from 13,199,000 AED.

WET pool, Wellfit and the spa

An infinity WET pool reserved for residents will run more than 200 metres along the podium, one of the longest in the city, with a broad deck and a barbecue area beside it. The flagship Wellfit fitness centre will occupy 43,000 sq ft with separate training zones, studios and new equipment. Residents will have their own FITgym, and the spa and fitness centre are for residents only. Dedicated yoga and pilates studios will look out over the city.

Leisure inside the complex

A private cinema with a large screen and sound system can be booked for residents and their guests. The games room on the podium holds billiards and table tennis, and a sports simulator room has a large screen running a range of esports titles. Sound Suite is a private recording studio with a lounge, a live room and a main control room. A children's club will operate with trained staff and a changing programme of activities.

Services and ownership

The Whatever/Whenever concierge desk will operate around the clock, alongside valet parking and fast internet. The Residence Lounge of more than 170 m² will work as a coworking space by day and a meeting place in the evening, and meeting rooms and guest apartments will be available. Owners join the ONVIA programme, which brings elevated Marriott Bonvoy status, special owner rates at selected Marriott Bonvoy hotels, offers on The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection cruises, dining offers, spa programmes and an accredited concierge service.

Payment plan and ownership

The payment plan is 10% on booking, 30% during construction across five instalments, and 60% on handover. A 4% DLD government fee applies separately. Service charge is 322.92 AED per m² a year. Ownership is freehold.
