Woodland Terraces is a five-storey apartment building under construction in Wadi Al Safa 3, Dubai, within the District 11 area of Meydan. AMIS Properties is the developer, and keys are scheduled for handover in Q1 2027. Construction is 10% complete.

Apartments and layouts

The building will hold 78 freehold units. One-bedroom apartments start at 72.46 m² and run to 84.17 m², priced from 1,346,838 AED. Two-bedroom homes range from 87.79 m² to 123.75 m² and start at 1,890,061 AED, while three-bedroom apartments begin at 151.53 m² and 3,097,875 AED. The price per m² is 16,904 AED. Layouts include 1 Bedroom + Study plans of 776 to 876 sq ft, with the study usable as a home office. Interiors will have open-plan kitchens, bright living rooms, dining areas, private balconies and large terraces, plus separate laundry zones and spacious storage; larger apartments will have walk-in closets. Guest bathrooms and en-suite bathrooms are part of the plans. By design, units sit in a low-rise five-floor block among villas and gated communities.

Payment plan and service charge

The payment plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction split across four payments, and 50% on handover in Q1 2027. The service charge is 150.69 AED per m² a year.

Shared spaces in the building

A grand lobby with a concierge desk is planned. Residents will have an infinity pool, a steam room and sauna, a fitness centre, a yoga area and sports amenities. Outdoors there will be an open-air cinema, a barbecue area and the AMIS Café. A kids' play area is planned, and pets are allowed.
