Nooré

Nooré is a residential building under construction in Wadi Al Safa 3, Dubai, developed by Eight Square Developers. Handover is scheduled for Q2 2027. Construction has reached 16%.

The building

Nooré will have five residential floors above a ground floor and a closed basement level. The building holds 42 apartments in total. The roof will carry a swimming pool, a padel court and a cinema. A gym, a sauna with a steam room, a children's play area, a meditation area and electric car charging stations are also planned. The lobby will have a high ceiling, carved stone on the walls and warm tones.

Apartments and layouts

Apartments will have one, two or three bedrooms, with a guest bathroom in every layout. Every apartment will have its own balcony. One bedroom units range from 71.39 m² to 81.94 m² and start at 1,469,000 AED. Two bedroom units range from 104.6 m² to 115.57 m² and start at 2,328,000 AED. Three bedroom units range from 147.16 m² to 149.29 m² and start at 2,947,000 AED. Each apartment will include a fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets and built-in storage, built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms, a smart home system, water filtration and sound insulation. Bathrooms will have walk-in showers, large mirrors and built-in storage.

Design

The facades will have curved balcony lines that shift from floor to floor, and every floor will have its own wave. The design combines Mediterranean curves with modern Arabic elegance. The palette draws on gold sand, beige stone, textured wood and cool grey tones.

Ownership and costs

Ownership is freehold. The service charge is 193.75 AED per m² a year. The price per m² is 19,741 AED. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 20% during construction and 60% on handover.

Location

The building stands in Wadi Al Safa 3, in the Meydan area, a few steps from the Dubai World Cup horse racing arena. The Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, the Museum of the Future, Mall of the Emirates, Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters, Burj Al Arab and Expo City are all within reach, and Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum airport serve the area.
