Anantara Apartments

Anantara Apartments is a new residential project under construction in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah, developed by RAK. The complex, fully named Anantara Mina Ras Al Khaimah Residences, occupies a site on Hayat island in a district spread across the two man-made islands of Raha and Hayat. Handover is scheduled for Q3 2028, and homes are sold as freehold.

Homes and Prices

Building 1 holds 84 residences across 11 floors, all with floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious balconies. Two-bedroom apartments range from 171.27 m² to 352.91 m², priced from 6,065,000 AED. Three-bedroom homes measure from 440.32 m² to 583.15 m² and start at 14,668,000 AED. The price per square metre is 24,890 AED, and the service charge is 269.1 AED per m² a year. A payment plan splits the purchase into 10% on booking, 50% during construction and 44% on handover.

Layout and Design

The building steps down toward the shore in cascading tiers that follow the movement of a wave, and its stepped forms face the coastline to bring daylight into the living spaces. Wide terraces extend the interiors and open onto the bay. Inside, a maritime aesthetic meets Thai and Arab motifs, with natural materials drawn from the local environment and handmade details. Materials may be substituted with equivalent ones; only the contract is binding.

Apartments and Villas

The residential building contains one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as lofts and two-level sky residences. Separate villas at the water's edge come with three, four and five bedrooms, wide glass walls and terraces with a horizon view from every level. Each villa opens into its own protected garden with a private pool, and each has an individual boat berth for trips along the coast.

Amenities and Resort Services

Residents will have two pools, the Sunrise pool and a panoramic Infinity pool, along with a gym and a yoga studio. Indoor and outdoor children's clubs and a play area are planned, plus a cinema and spaces for events. A concierge and housekeeping service support daily tasks, and a service menu on request covers childcare, a personal assistant, laundry and dry cleaning, car washing and detailing, a private chef and grocery delivery. Owners receive the highest tier of the hotel loyalty programme.

Island and Location

The community is surrounded by parks and two million square metres of protected mangroves, with nature trails and a flamingo reserve on the island. Walking routes run around the island, and Al Qawasim Corniche runs along the water. Nearby resorts include InterContinental Resort & Spa and Nikki Beach Resort & Spa; for shopping there is Al Hamra Mall and Emirates Market Center. The E11 highway runs through the district. Drive times are 30 minutes from Sharjah International Airport, 45 minutes from Dubai, 2 hours 30 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport, and a drive to Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.
