Jade Tower

Jade Tower is a 28-storey residential tower under construction in Majan, Dubai, developed by Tiger Properties. Keys are planned for Q1 2027, and construction has reached 11%. The building is planned as a single volume with a contemporary design and straight facade lines.

Apartments and sizes

The tower is planned to hold 436 units. One bedroom apartments range from 69.1 m² to 87.17 m² and start from 1,254,944 AED. Two bedroom apartments range from 117.25 m² to 122.52 m² and start from 1,999,488 AED. All apartments will be delivered fully furnished, with interiors that combine classical craftsmanship and modern lines.

Ownership and service charge

All apartments are sold as freehold. The service charge is set at 107.64 AED per m² a year. The project is registered with Dubai Land Department under project number 3074, and buyer funds are held in an escrow account at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.

Payment plans

A 100% payment on booking is available. A plan of 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% after handover is also offered, with the final share paid after keys are received. Two further variants exist: 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover, and 20% on booking with 40% split across construction.

Amenities

Residents will have an outdoor swimming pool and a gym in the building. A pedestrian trail is planned for running and walking, and a children's play area is part of the project. Four parking levels are planned at the base of the tower for residents' cars.

Location and access

Jade Tower is planned at Wellness Park, Majan, Dubai, next to Dubailand and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. IMG World is a 5 minute drive, Global Village 7 minutes, and Al Barari Playground 6 minutes (2.8 km). GEMS Winchester School is 10 minutes away (5.1 km). Palm Jumeirah is 19 minutes by car and Dubai Mall 20 minutes. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is 24 minutes away, 26.4 km by road.
