Celia Homes

Celia Homes is an 11-storey residential building under construction in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubai, within the Dubai Land Residence Complex. Abou Eid Real Estate Development is the developer, and handover is scheduled for Q3 2028. Construction has reached 18%, and the building will hold 200 freehold units.

Apartments and sizes

Studios range from 41.16 m² to 51.84 m² and start at 730,950 AED. One-bedroom apartments range from 76.83 m² to 123.19 m² and start at 1,104,613 AED. Residence areas across the project run from 443 to 1874 sq ft. Every apartment will be fully furnished.

Layouts with private pools

Among the one-bedroom layouts, some will have a private pool and a balcony. Balconies in these layouts range from 309.46 to 699.22 sq ft. Ten one-bedroom variants are planned, and half of them will have a private pool.

Rooftop amenities

The roof will hold a swimming pool with a Pool Deck terrace, a children's pool in Malibu style and an Outdoor Jacuzzi. An Outdoor Cinema, a BBQ area and a Seating zone are also planned there. More than fifteen club and sports zones will be arranged on the roof, including an indoor gym, an outdoor gym and a jogging track. A yoga room, a sauna and a steam room will support training and recovery.

Club rooms and family spaces

A Business Center will be provided for work and meetings, alongside an Entertainment Lounge and an Arcade Room. An outdoor kids play area is planned for younger residents. An indoor gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and barbecue area are among the listed amenities.

Materials, brands and payment

The material palette includes Oakwood, Gray Aluminum Cladding, Spanish Runwood Oak, Marble Effect White and Spanish Elite Gray. Six brands are linked to the project: Legrand, ABB, Villeroy & Boch, Guardian Glass, LG and Samsung. The payment plan is 20% on booking and 80% on handover. The DLD fee of 4% is paid separately on top of the price, and the service charge is 150.69 AED per m² a year.

Location and journey times

The building sits in the Dubai Land Residence Complex. Global Village, Academic City, Silicon Oasis and Dubai Outlet Mall are each stated at five minutes away. Desert Palm Polo Club, Dubai Safari Park and Meydan Race Course are stated at ten minutes. Dubai Intl. Airport, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are stated at twenty minutes, and Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Jebel Ali Race Course at twenty-five minutes.
