Peace Lagoons 2

Peace Lagoons 2 is a residential building under construction in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubai, developed by Peace Homes Development. The 17-floor block will contain 831 apartments and is scheduled for handover in Q1 2029. Construction has reached 4%, and homes are sold as freehold.

Apartments and Private Pools

The project will have studios, one bedroom and two bedroom units, each with a private pool and a spacious balcony. Studios range from 34.67 m² to 46.08 m² and start at 730,000 AED. One bedroom homes run from 74.11 m² to 78.35 m² from 1,220,000 AED, and two bedroom homes from 107.69 m² to 133.98 m² from 1,500,000 AED.

One bedroom units will include a study room, and two bedroom units a fully equipped maid's room integrated into the layout. The master bedroom will open onto a private balcony with the pool, and its specification lists furniture and premium Italian ceramic. The developer may substitute materials with equivalent ones; only the contract governs.

Lagoon, Waterfalls and Pools

A blue lagoon with artificial rain and sun loungers will sit inside the complex, alongside waterfalls, a beach pool and an infinity pool. Green planting surrounds the building. Access to the lagoon is planned for residents of every apartment. An entrance lobby is part of the design.

A Mall Inside the Complex

A shopping mall of 30,000 sq ft will form part of the development. Leisure spaces include a club house, library, cinema room and games room. Outdoors there will be a landscaped garden, a barbecue area and a kids' play area.

Sport, Spa and Payment

Residents will have a semi-open gym, a fitness centre and a volleyball court, plus a yoga studio and yoga and meditation spots. A spa centre is also planned, along with a children's play area, pool and gym already noted above.

Prices start at 730,000 AED, at 15,954 AED per m². The payment plan is 20% on booking, 45% during construction, 1% on handover and 34% after handover. Service charges are 150.69 AED per m² a year.

The District

The building stands in Wadi Al Safa 5, within the Dubailand Residence Complex (DLRC). Emirates Road (E611), Al Ain Road (E66) and the 311 highway are marked on the district map. Landmarks named in the area and in Dubai include GEMS First Point School (The Villa), Silicon Central Mall, Dubai Outlet Mall, Dragon Mart, Global Village, Academic City (Interchange 2), Dubai Sky Courts, Windsor Residence, Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Fountain, Dubai Frame and Jumeirah Mosque.
