Cello Residences

Cello Residences is a new-build project by Taraf in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. The development is under construction and handover is planned for Q1 2027. Homes are sold freehold, with prices starting from 1,121,400 AED.

The two towers and the podium

Taraf, the real estate arm of Yas Holding, is building two towers of different heights at Al Barsha South Fourth: Tower A will have 21 floors and Tower B will have 23. The shared podium will hold a large swimming pool, a separate children's pool and a landscaped park. A reception at the entrance will meet residents. The architecture of the towers is expressive, and the interiors are designed to be light and calm.

Layouts and sizes

The project will have 387 units and five formats: studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and penthouses. Studios are planned from 430 to 530 sq ft. One bedroom apartments start at 68.09 m² and 1,121,400 AED, two bedroom homes range from 110.28 m² to 123.65 m² and start at 1,907,850 AED, and three bedroom units start at 163.04 m² and 2,415,000 AED. Penthouses will have four bedrooms and from 5000 sq ft. The price per m² is 13,850 AED.

Amenities for residents

The podium will bring the outdoor leisure areas together. There will be an open-air cinema, a barbecue zone, an outdoor sports area and a zen reading corner. Next to the children's play area a shared counter is planned, so adults can sit close by. Indoors, a multi-purpose hall will have professional light and sound, and a separate room will hold musical instruments. A gym will be inside the building, and calm music will play in the common areas. A service charge of 150.69 AED per m² a year applies.

Payment plan and escrow

The payment plan is 50/50: 10% on booking, 40% during construction in four instalments, and 50% on handover. Buyer funds are held in an escrow account at Emirates NBD until handover. Construction progress currently stands at 39%.

Getting around

The towers will sit at the edge of Jumeirah Village Circle, on the side with the quickest exit to Al Khail Road. Hessa Street and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road are also nearby, and Dubai Hills Mall is 10 minutes away by car. JSS International School is in the district, GEMS school is 9 minutes by car, and Halfa Park, Community Park and Circle Mall are close neighbours.
