Damac Riverside Views - Indigo 1

Damac Riverside Views - Indigo 1 is a freehold residential project under construction in Dubai Investment Park Second, Dubai, developed by Damac. The project is 12% complete, with handover planned for Q1 2029. Apartments start at 1,739,000 AED.

Apartments and Layouts

Indigo 1 holds 493 apartments. Two bedroom units range from 133.86 m² to 133.99 m² and start at 2,178,000 AED. In two bedroom layouts each bedroom will have its own bathroom and walk in wardrobe, and corner units will have two balconies. Every layout will include a balcony, a wardrobe by the bedroom and a separate laundry room. Living rooms will be combined with dining areas, and kitchens will open to the shared room and be separated from it by a bar counter.

Three Towers Around Courtyards

The cluster has three towers, Tower A, Tower B and Tower C, each with 14 residential floors. The towers will stand along the water street that runs through the whole project, with courtyards of water and greenery between them. Indigo 1 sits within the Indigo cluster, one of eight clusters in Riverside Views: Teal, Azure, Marine, Indigo, Royal, Capri, Sky and Pacific.

Water and Green Axes

Riverside Views is planned around two axes, the Water Vein and the Green Vein. The Water Vein will be a canal between the residential towers, with promenades of cafes and shops on the ground floors and apartment balconies above. Floating platforms, a stage and a restaurant will sit on the water. The Green Vein will be given over to gardens: hydroponic farm beds, an open air cooking school, barbecue areas, grass sports areas, an amphitheatre and a children's adventure land.

Amenities

Amenities are grouped into food and health, sport and activity, and social and culture. The list includes a children's playground, games room, gym, spa, landscaped garden, events hall, cinema room, prayer room, club house and coworking space. A hydroponic farm will supply fresh organic greens, and open air cooking classes will use its produce. Sports facilities include calisthenics areas and a climbing wall above a pool. Zen Spa will have massage, holistic treatments and meditation, and lakes with essential oils will be set aside for recovery. A floating stage will host musicals and operas, and a floating cinema will show films on the water. The club house will hold a coworking space, gym, open air cinema, arcade games and bowling, with shops nearby.

Payment Plan and Service Charge

The payment plan is 60% before handover and 40% on key collection, with the first part paid at booking and further instalments during construction. The service charge is 150.69 AED per m² a year.
