Damac Riverside Views - Indigo 2

Damac Riverside Views - Indigo 2 is a new residential project by Damac in Dubai Investment Park Second, Dubai. It is under construction, with handover planned for Q1 2029. The project will have 388 apartments in three buildings, A, B and C.

Apartments and sizes

The project offers 2 bedroom apartments. Sizes run from 116.6 m² to 134.06 m². Prices start from 1,904,000 AED, at 15,944 AED per m². Plans differ by floor and by building, and some layouts appear only on even floors, some only on odd floors, with certain variants only on the first residential level. Apartments will have balconies, and some will have more than one. Interiors are designed in light, calm tones, with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the neighbourhood. The living and dining areas are combined into one space, and the bathrooms will be finished in light stone with a glass shower and a lit oval mirror above the sink.

Buildings and the water axis

Indigo 2 consists of three buildings, each with two podium levels and eight residential floors above the ground floor. Building A will hold 171 apartments, building B 101 and building C 116. Across the canal stands Indigo 1. The Water Vein runs between the buildings, the water axis of Riverside Views, with embankments, restaurants and shops along it, and Fitness by the Water training areas on the bank. Opal Chess Haven will set chess tables on a floating platform on the water.

Food, gardens and sport

Two restaurants will operate on the water axis: Portofino Restaurant and Island Restaurant. A hydroponic farm will supply fresh organic greens daily, and open air cooking classes will use its produce. Outdoor barbecue areas and live cooking stations will be available for gatherings. Sport is placed outdoors and by the water: a climbing wall above the water, calisthenics stations with suspension training loops across the park, an organic bar with snacks, and a gym in the clubhouse. An adults play zone will have lawn games, archery and badminton, and Adventure Land, a large children's playground, will sit at the centre of the neighbourhood.

Wellness and entertainment

Zen Spa will offer massage, wellness treatments and meditation in a quiet spot among the greenery. Essential oil lakes are designed as private pools with salted water and warmth. Peace Rooms will be set aside for rest and healthy sleep. On the floating stage, Floating Opera will host musicals and operas, and a floating cinema will screen films on the water. A park amphitheatre will hold regular shows and resident meetings. The clubhouse will include shops, co working space, a gym, an open air cinema, arcade games and bowling. The neighbourhood will also have an events hall and a prayer room.

Ownership and payment

Apartments are sold as freehold. The payment plan is 60/40: 60% is paid before handover and 40% on receiving the keys. The first part is paid at booking, then in instalments during construction up to 60% of the price, with the remaining 40% due at handover. The Dubai Land Department fee of 4% of the price is paid on top. Buyer funds go to the project escrow account at Mashreq Bank. The service charge is 150.69 AED per m² per year.
