Golf Greens

Golf Greens is a residential development by Damac in Damac Hills, Dubai, planned for handover in Q1 2027. The project is under construction, with construction progress at 41%. It will hold 1084 units across 31 floors, sold as freehold.

Homes and Layouts

Apartments with 1 bedroom will measure from 90.9 m² to 125.56 m², with prices from 1,869,000 AED. Apartments with 2 bedrooms will range from 114.12 m² to 242.93 m², priced from 2,434,000 AED. Townhouses with 2 and 3 bedrooms will measure from 361.4 m² to 459.72 m², with prices from 4,940,000 AED. Floor plans are issued for Tower 1 and Tower 2A, showing levels up to 31 and up to 38 respectively.

Golf Facilities

The development is planned around golf. Homes will look out on the fairways of Trump International Golf Course and on palms. A covered golf simulator will allow practice in any weather, and Golf Green Islands in the water of the pools are designed for driving practice. Night golf is also planned, and Kids Crazy Golf is marked on the Damac Hills plan.

Aqua Garden and Pools

An Aqua Garden water garden will have walking paths among water and palms, plus giant swings facing the fairways. Infinity pools are planned for swimming. A gym and a children's play area are also part of the project, along with a clubhouse.

Ownership and Payment

The price per m² is 13,223 AED. Service charge is set at 193.75 AED per m² a year. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover. A booking also carries 5% and 4% DLD fees, with 10% due 30 days after booking, and 40% of the price due at handover.

Damac Hills Community

Jebel Ali School is 5 minutes from the community, and CreaKids Nursery is marked on the plan. Malibu Bay wave pool, stables, an ice rink and supermarkets Carrefour, Spinneys and Viva are listed in Damac Hills. Saudi German Clinic is marked on the plan, and Aster Medical Centre is 9 minutes by car.
