Lunara Tower

Lunara Tower is a new-build residential project in Majan, Dubai, being developed by Tarrad Development. It is under construction and scheduled for handover in Q1 2029. Apartments are priced from 850,000 AED, with 1 bedroom units starting at that figure and 2 bedroom units from 1,200,000 AED.

The building and its homes

Lunara Tower will have 119 apartments across 7 residential floors, with 17 apartments on each typical floor. The project holds 105 one bedroom apartments and 14 two bedroom apartments, and ownership is freehold. The building rises to G+7 in total, with the ground floor plus 7 residential levels and two basement parking levels. The design comes from Rivendell Architects, and the plot covers 1535,02 m², with a planned total built-up area of 12 638,71 m² and 6823,62 m² of saleable area.

Apartment sizes and layouts

One bedroom apartments come in six layouts from A to F, ranging from 49,33 to 63,67 m². Two bedroom apartments measure 76,34 m². Every layout plan shows a kitchen, and all residences are planned with floor-to-ceiling windows and a smart home system. Balconies will run up to 7,8 metres in length.

A shared roof level

All shared amenities are planned for the roof, with enclosed rooms and open terraces. Pools for adults and children, a jacuzzi and a spa with a sauna are part of the plan, along with a gym, a padel court and a yoga area outdoors. The roof will also hold a coworking space, a multi-purpose hall, a game zone, a children's play area and a barbecue terrace.

Parking and payment

Each of the 119 apartments will have its own parking space, with 119 places spread over three levels: 38 on the ground floor, 40 on Basement 01 and 41 on Basement 02. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 30% during construction through 30 monthly instalments of 1%, and 50% on handover.

Getting around from Majan

The project sits in Majan with access to E311, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure are 5,2 km away, an 8 minute drive. Dubai International Academic City is 13 minutes (13,6 km), Dubai Hills Mall 12 minutes (14,4 km), Dubai Mall and Downtown 20 minutes (21,2 km), and Dubai International Airport 18 minutes (24,6 km).
