Wellness Estate

Wellness Estate is a new residential project by Vincitore in Majan, Dubai. It is under construction, with handover planned for Q2 2029. The building will have 31 floors and 1520 units, all freehold.

Apartments and Prices

Studios range from 37.63 m² to 41.99 m² and start at 889,000 AED. One bedroom units run from 60.76 m² to 75.07 m², priced from 1,242,000 AED. Two bedrooms measure 98.2 m² to 129.69 m² and start at 1,762,000 AED. Three bedrooms offer from 212.75 m², with prices from 3,233,000 AED. The price per m² is 17,304 AED, and the service charge is 161.46 AED per m² a year.

Payment Plans

Several payment schedules are available. One plan sets 20% on booking, 36% during construction, 20% on handover and 24% after handover. Another sets 10% on booking, 50% during construction and 40% on handover. A third sets 20% on booking, 20% during construction and 60% on handover. One plan asks 100% on booking, and the plan for investors places most of the cost at key collection.

A Home Designed for Health

The project is described as the first in the GCC to be scientifically designed and certified for health and well being. Scientists, engineers and doctors took part in planning the residences themselves, not just the shared areas. Apartments will include water filtration and softening systems, a vitamin C shower, circadian lighting and sound insulation. Air filtration and paints and finishes with low volatile organic compound content are part of the specification, as are antibacterial kitchen surfaces. Eight floors will be given over to activity and rest.

Water, Sport and Gardens

Pools with infinity horizons are planned within the project. The Waters of Vitalia will include hydrotherapy and a jacuzzi, while The Eternal Wellness Retreat will have a sauna and a Himalayan salt cave. The Aurum Retreat will contain an infrared sauna and sound therapy. A gym, a yoga studio and outdoor yoga areas are planned, along with The Performance Studio for martial arts, kickboxing and trampoline fitness, The Athletic Court and a dance studio in The Eden's Arena. Sky gardens and a landscaped garden will complement the residential areas, and The Bloom Haven will feature a maze garden, meditation pavilions, botanical planting and a zen garden. The Vitality Sanctuary will combine a hydroponic garden and an herb garden.

Clubhouse, Work and Evenings

The Skyline Clubhouse will be a place for meeting and relaxing, with private chef dinners. The Wellness Co-Work will provide a business lounge, outdoor work space and a library. A cinema room and a restaurant will offer different ways to spend an evening. The Little Explorer will include an adventure park and a playroom for children. Amenities also include a spa, a clubhouse, a sports court, a gym, a library, a restaurant, a cinema room, a landscaped garden, a pool and a yoga studio.
