The Bay Interiors by Missoni

The Bay Interiors by Missoni is an under-construction branded residence in Dubai Islands, Dubai, developed by Tomorrow World Properties. The single tower is scheduled for handover in Q3 2029. It will hold 141 units across 14 floors above a two-level podium, with interiors drawing on the signature style of the Italian fashion house Missoni.

Apartments and layouts

The building is planned around two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes, with no one-bedroom units. Two-bedroom apartments start at 93.55 m² and from 2,900,000 AED, and prices at the project start from 2,492,000 AED. On typical floors from the fifth to the thirteenth there are five apartment types: six two-bedroom type 1 units of 1 007 to 1 012 square feet, one unit each of types 2, 3 and 4 at 1 229, 1 162 and 1 034 square feet, and two three-bedroom apartments of 1 569 to 1 617 square feet. Living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms will have 3 metre ceilings, bathrooms 2.5 metres. Kitchens will be delivered with a hob and extractor, oven, fridge and dishwasher, Bosch appliances or equivalent, and three-bedroom units add a built-in microwave.

Interiors by Missoni

Missoni is known for knitted textiles and bold geometric patterns, and by the 1970s the house had redefined how knitwear looks. The brand later moved beyond clothing into accessories, fragrances and home goods. The Bay takes its signature aesthetic as the basis for the interiors of the home.

Waterfront position on Island A

The site is one of only 14 plots on Island A that front directly onto the yacht marina, out of 253 plots on the island. The marina is planned for vessels up to 47 metres, with capacity for 13 superyachts at once, and it is 1 minute from the building. On the water side, the neighbouring block is limited to G+6F, and from around the eighth floor the sea-facing apartments will look over that roof to the marina, the breakwater and open water. A low G+2 yacht club will stand at the water's edge. The plot DIA-MU-N01 covers 46 780 square feet, and a 7 858 square foot park will sit beside the tower.

Seaside Deck and sport

The first floor will be given to the Seaside Deck, centred on a 4 520 square foot beach pool with sun loungers and cabanas, plus a plunge pool and a 484 square foot children's pool. The deck will also hold a 538 square foot barbecue area, a 1 176 square foot lounge zone and a covered living room, a juice bar, and a 721 square foot zen garden. Sport on the same deck includes a 720 square foot gym, an outdoor gym, a 1 184 square foot basketball court, a pickleball court and a running track, with a yoga area and a 430 square foot wellness centre. Children get a 560 square foot outdoor zone and a 344 square foot indoor one. Above the fourteenth floor, the Sky Pool of 1 722 square feet will come with sun loungers, a sunken seating area, a juice bar and a 592 square foot lounge.

Ownership, payments and timing

Apartments are sold as freehold. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover, and the service charge is 269.1 AED per m² a year. Sales are at an early stage, with units allocated by request in order of queue. A passport copy is required for a request, and Emirates ID copies for UAE residents; if the chosen apartment is gone, the request money is returned. The building will also include a lobby with a car drop-off and retail space on the ground level.
