Safa Parkview is a nine-storey residential building under construction in the Muwaileh Commercial district of Sharjah, within the Aljada urban quarter. ARADA is the developer, and the handover is scheduled for Q4 2027. The building will hold 211 apartments, and ownership is freehold.

Apartments and Sizes The home types are one, two and three bedroom apartments. One bedroom units start at 99.31 m² and at 1,582,000 AED. Two bedroom units range from 114.55 m² to 172.89 m² and start at 1,606,000 AED. Three bedroom units range from 252.42 m² to 261.15 m² and start at 3,806,000 AED. The price per m² is 13,689 AED.

Payment Plan 9% is due on booking, 25% is paid during construction, and 70% is due on handover. The service charge is 86.11 AED per m² a year.

Inside the Building A gym, a swimming pool and a sports court are planned for the building. Every apartment will come with a smart home system, a kitchen stove, a cooker hood and a washer with a dryer.

Sports and the Neighbourhood The open Aljada sports complex sits next to the building, with a full size football pitch, mini football, basketball, volleyball and badminton courts and padel tennis courts.
