Radiant Bridges Towers

Radiant Bridges Towers is a new residential project on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, under construction with handover planned for Q2 2029. Radiant Real Estate, an Abu Dhabi developer founded in 2022, is building it. The complex consists of three towers on one podium, and only tower C is residential. Apartments in tower C are freehold.

The Three Towers and the Podium

Towers A and B are office buildings with 22 and 26 floors. The residential tower C rises 22 floors. Three underground levels lie beneath all three towers, with the first floor and five podium floors above. Tower C holds 483 residences in total. The tower facades are smooth, and the podium joins them into a single building where residents, office staff and restaurant visitors meet. Residents have their own lobby, separate from the office lobby.

Apartments from Studio to Duplex

Tower C contains layouts from studios to two storey three bedroom duplexes. Studios measure 311 to 636 sq ft, one bedroom apartments 530 to 1101 sq ft, two bedroom apartments 931 to 2207 sq ft and three bedroom apartments 1180 to 1715 sq ft. The duplexes reach 4224 sq ft, with two in the podium and four in the tower. The tower holds 85 studios and 62 two and three bedroom apartments combined. On the fourth and fifth podium floors there are six apartments each, and four on the third floor. Layouts repeat on typical floors, with only the balcony shape changing from floor to floor. Apartments are handed over finished, with built in kitchen appliances including a refrigerator, oven, hob and washing machine. Floor to ceiling glazing is part of the design.

Shops, Restaurants and Amenities

The ground floor holds five retail units from 1043 to 4555 sq ft for restaurants and shops. Shops and restaurants also occupy podium levels and serve all three towers. A pool, fitness centres, a children's play area and landscaped podium terraces are part of the complex. Parking is arranged in the podium and underground levels, with 859 spaces and electric vehicle charging.

Offices in Towers A and B

Tower A holds 108 offices and tower B holds 126, from 609 to 1927 sq ft, sold as class A office space. The layouts are open, and the windows give panoramic canal views.

Location and Payment

The complex stands on Al Reem Street in the City of Lights quarter of Al Reem Island, on plot RT3. Downtown Abu Dhabi, Reem Mall and Galleria Mall are five minutes away, as are Reem Central Park and Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. Saadiyat Island is ten minutes away and Al Maryah Island is next door. The purchase plan is 50 50: 5% on booking plus a 2% ADM fee, 45% in nine instalments during construction and the remaining half on handover. Buyer funds go to an escrow account at First Abu Dhabi Bank.
