Mi Casa is an under-construction residential building in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, developed by London Gate. Construction is 19% complete, and handover is scheduled for Q4 2027. The building is freehold and holds 76 apartments across 4 floors.

The project includes studios, 1 bedroom units, 1BR Plus units and 2 bedroom apartments. Studios start at 45.69 m² and 854,000 AED. 1 bedroom apartments range from 80.79 m² to 88.11 m² and start at 1,120,000 AED. 2 bedroom apartments range from 94.67 m² to 132.46 m² and start at 1,436,000 AED. By design, living rooms will have 3 metre ceilings, while kitchens and bedrooms will have 2.4 metre ceilings.

Amenities

The building will include a children's playground, a swimming pool, a gym, a barbecue area, a club house and a landscaped garden. The garden will be planted with palms, with soft paths between them, long tables for outdoor dining and a dedicated place for grilling. Several round pools will be connected to each other, with space around the water to lie down and rest. The gym will have natural light. A concierge lobby will sit at the entrance, and the building will have three lifts and covered parking for 85 cars.

Price and Service Charge

Prices start at 854,000 AED, and the price per m² is 12,557 AED. The service charge is 139.93 AED per m² a year.

Payment Plan

20% is due on booking, 10% during construction and 70% on handover. The construction-stage 10% is split into four equal parts every three months. Buyers pay a 4% DLD fee at booking. Buyers' funds go into an escrow account at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank. A passport copy is required for booking, and UAE residents also need a copy of their Emirates ID. Units are allocated in order of queue: whoever confirms the booking first chooses first.

JVC has more than 30 landscaped parks, and schools, shops, cafes and clinics stand a few steps from the buildings. Dubai Hills Mall is 10 minutes away and Mall of the Emirates is 15 minutes away. Downtown Dubai is 20 minutes away and Dubai International airport is 25 minutes away. Al Maktoum International airport is 30 minutes away.
