Symphony By Chaimaa

Symphony By Chaimaa is an eight-floor residential building under construction in Majan, Dubai, developed by Chaimaa Holding. The project holds 71 apartments, all with one or two bedrooms, and handover is planned for Q1 2028. Homes are freehold.

Apartments and Sizes

The one bedroom units range from 67.35 m² to 168.06 m² and start from 1,134,600 AED. The two bedroom units range from 99.22 m² to 113.53 m² and start from 1,510,114 AED. The price per m² is 8270 AED. There are no studios.

Layouts and Terraces

In the C2, D2, E2 and F2 one bedroom types, the kitchen, dining and living areas form one room, with a guest washroom and a laundry niche at the entrance. The G2 and H2 types have a 5.10 m balcony. The B2 two bedroom apartment of 1 087 sq ft has a living and dining area, a separate kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The A2 layout is larger and adds a helper's room with a shower at the entrance. A large terrace is not part of every apartment, and the balcony in the C2, D2, E2 and F2 one bedroom types measures 2.00 by 1.30 m. By design, the terrace extends the living room and is planned for a private pool and seating.

The Building and Its Design

The project stands as a single block with no other towers. Below ground are two levels, then a ground floor, eight residential floors and a roof. The facade will be covered by a geometric screen that shields the apartments from view while large windows behind it let daylight in. The architecture is minimalist with smooth lines, and living rooms will flow into balconies and terraces. Dubai agency RUYA is the design partner on the house.

Dining, Leisure and Sport On Site

A restaurant, a cafe and a shop will sit inside the building, reached through the Prélude lobby. Sérénade is designated for the restaurant, Unisson for the cafe and Octave for the shop. The Harmonie infinity pool will look onto the Dubai panorama. The Dynamique gym holds modern equipment, Virtuose is a terrace for yoga and outdoor practice, and Mélodie is a music room with tuned acoustics. A children's play area is also planned. Residents pass from the pool to Ensemble, a lounge reserved for them.

Payment and Ownership

The payment plan is 10% on booking, 50% during construction and 40% on handover. Funds under the contract go to the project escrow account at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.

Majan and the Surrounding Area

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road runs beside the house and leads to Al Ain Road and Hessa Street. Majan itself is a quieter district with gardens and cafes. Al Barari is nearby with The Farm restaurant and the Al Barari Cycling Track. Distances include 36 km to Dubai International Airport, about 4.7 km to GEMS Winchester School, 2.3 km to Al Barari Playground, 10.8 km to Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, about 23 km to Sunset Beach in Umm Suqeim and about 25 km to the Museum of the Future.
