Haus 99 Residences is a five-floor residential building under construction in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), Dubai. Hausen Developments is building it, and handover is planned for Q4 2028. The building holds exactly 99 freehold residences, with prices starting from 594,000 AED.

Studios range from 29.5 m² to 40.65 m² and start from 594,000 AED. One bedroom apartments run from 62.07 m² to 80.31 m², from 1,094,000 AED.
